Our final bow at our first little kids recital at Manhattan School of Music! So many adorable first time pre-k performers! So proud of our little ones for being brave on stage in front of a live audience and performing their pieces so well!!
Spring 2024 Recital Group 2
Our second Spring Recital at beautiful Miller Hall at the Manhattan School of Music was a huge success. We were so happy to see these amazing students perform. Many of these students are high school students that we have been teaching for over a decade!
Recording Studio Day!
Our students had the opportunity to record their favorite songs, each personally picked, from Blink 182 to Taylor Swift to jazz standards, in a professional recording studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn! They were able to layer multiple instruments like a grand piano, synthesizers, organ, drums, electric guitars, and midi keyboards, along with vocals.
We love showing the fun side of music with cool recording gear, microphones, collaborating with friends in bands, and exploring their own artistic process in the studio just like your favorite musical artists!!

Perfect NYSSMA score
100% perfect NYSSMA state piano competition score by Ayden!! Ayden who performed Haydn’s German Dance and was also judged on scales, technique, and sight-reading. His judge specifically loved his expressiveness while playing.
NYSSMA judges RARELY award a perfect 100% score, so huge Congrats to Ayden for his hard work, diligent preparation, and excellent job well done! It takes a lot of courage & focus to prep for competitions. And a high NYSSMA score looks great on a HS or college resume, which is why I encourage students to participate. It’s also a helpful practice motivation and gives extra structure to lessons with specific music categories to work on for the competition.
Winter 2023 Recital
Our students performed beautifully at our Winter Recital at prestigious Steinway Hall. We love giving our students the chance to perform at a variety of incredible venues throughout NYC.

Perfect score in 2022 NYSSMA piano competition
Alexander received a perfect 100% score at the NYSSMA state piano competition. He performed two Bach Inventions - Invention 8 and Invention 13, as a Level 5 piano soloist.
The judges gave him wonderful comments:

Highest “Outstanding” score in 2022 NYSSMA piano competition
Sienna received the highest "Outstanding" score in the 2022 NYSSMA state piano competition! She performed Chopin's Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2, an advanced Level 5 classical piece. 🏆
Students are judged on sight reading, scales, technique, note accuracy, and artistry.

Brookdale Senior Living performance
Our students had the opportunity to perform for the residents of Brookdale Senior Living in Battery Park City. We love giving back to our community as well as giving our students wonderful opportunities for community service. It is also a great resume builder for high school or college applications.
A+ NYSSMA score
Congratulations Sienna on your A+ score in the NYSSMA NY state piano competition for Chopin’s Waltz in C# minor in the highest Level 6 solo classical piano category‼️🏆🥳
Such a huge accomplishment for a young high school musician. We are so proud of her hard work, consistency, expressive musicality, and beautiful artistry. It’s such a joy to watch our students grow as wonderful musicians well-rounded in classical solo piano as well as jazz ensembles and orchestral music. Bravo!

Mother’s Day at Yves restaurant
Mother’s Day at Yves in Tribeca - Our students were invited to perform at the lovely Yves restaurant on Greenwich Street in Tribeca. We we were so honored to receive the invitation! Our students performed a range of pieces for all of the guests at the Mother's Day brunch. Thank you to Yves for having us and all of our student performers.
Another highest “Outstanding” score in 2022 NYSSMA piano competition
Carolina received the highest "Outstanding" score in the NYSSMA state piano competition! She performed Mozart’s famous Rondo Alla Turca.
