February 2021 NEW Student of the Month

We are excited to get to know our NEW Student of the Month for February 2021, Clyde! 👍

Clyde has been playing piano since he was 5, and we are so happy he recently joined us at Tribeca Music Academy. His favorite part about playing piano is the satisfaction of playing a song he knows. His advice to someone just starting would be, "I would suggest practicing a lot and really trying."

For his own practice, Clyde warms up with scales and then goes over his pieces, practicing the hard parts over and over. He says the most challenging part of practice is, "when you have to read the notes because you don't know the song well enough." 🎼
