Why do you like playing piano?

Nolan: So then I can play other instruments

Edie: Piano is like the start of playing other instruments - it’s a good backbone for learning music.

What is your favorite song?

Edie: uhhhh, I don’t know! Oh wait - Cardigan, Taylor Swift.

Nolan: DANCE BAND! It’s from piano adventures book 0.

Who is your favorite musician?

Edie: Taylor Swift and Alexis French.

Nolan: I don’t have one but if I had to choose it’d be my teacher Alex.

What would you recommend to the piano beginners?

Nolan: I think I know. Arch your fingers, and C, D, E are right next to each other, and there are two black keys in the middle. he proceeds to show me where they’re placed

Edie : Can you come back to me?

What is the most exciting thing about piano for you?

Edie: Learning new sheet music.

Nolan: Reading the notes on the staff without the letter names in the middle!
